Baked Camembert with honey, nuts, and Yuzu
- 23 July 2026
Here is an easy way to make baked camembert cheese the star of your
dinner party by simply adding just 3 things.
Impress with not only the taste, but the delightful aroma.
All you need is:
Camembert cheese - number to suit your number of guests
A dessert-spoonful of honey per cheese (we like a darker bush honey or similar)
Finely chopped nuts - about half a handful per cheese
Dried Yuzu flakes - about 1 heaped teaspoon per cheese
Start heating your oven to 180-200C.
Cut the camembert into bit sized triangles - wriggle the knife as you finish each cut to slightly separate the pieces - and place into an oven proof bowl, dish, or plate.
Add the honey on top. Next sprinkle the chopped nuts over next - getting at least some to the outside of the cheese. Then add the yuzu flakes over top.
Place into oven, and let bake at between 180 - 200C (depending on your oven) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is liquid in the centre.
Remove from oven, and serve together with your favourite crackers whilst still warm.
The yuzu not only tops off the taste of this baked cheese - but provides a delightful aroma (additional to the honey and baked nuts).
You can get dried Yuzu flakes here.
