Blending two wonderful flavours of Japan and New Zealand - but from 100% New Zealand grown sources.

Combining the peppery heat of Horopito - New Zealand's native bush pepper tree - with the aroma and delightful flavour of Yuzu.

Mixed with fine flakes of sea salt.

Both the horopito leaf and the New Zealand grown Yuzu fruit are dried, and then crushed, before mixing with Marlborough flaky sea salt.

But the Yuzu and Horopito are not there just as an ingredient on the label - they are there in sufficient quantity for their taste. With 30% dried Yuzu and 20% dried Horopito in every bottle.
