Popular in Japanese cuisine, Yuzu's exceptional aroma, and high acidity that allows it to maintain its distinct flavour even after cooking or baking, has been getting the attention of chefs around the world. 

This citrus fruit carries a tart flavour with a subtle sweetness, and whether fresh fruit or dried can be used in all manner of dishes, ranging from meats to side dishes to desserts, or dips to dressings. As a seasoning during cooking, or a garnish at serving.

Our Yuzu range is currently only seasonal and with limited supply, so products are not always available. Plus we are developing further product options.
